Terms and Conditions of Purchase
Covid-19: Please note that during the lockdown period our sale terms and conditions are varied to:
- we will be posting all purchased items on a Monday of each week only.
- you will have 14 days to return the item rather than the usual 7 days
- you can purchase online shipping to lessen the contact with Post Office workers. Once purchased you affix to the front of the parcel and drop off at the Post Office.
- Our return address will differ from our boutique address. This will be provided on purchase.
Once your payment has been taken, we will aim to post your item within 2 working days. Standard Delivery orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched by Tuesday.
In the event we are unable to supply your goods within 7 days, we will advise of alternative options as soon as possible.
Please note that whilst stock levels are live with our boutique all items are subject to availability.
We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company’s appointed courier.
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally however, we know that you may want to return items. Our easy returns policy applies to all of our products except for made to order items or sample gowns.
Local Pick Up
If you decide to come and collect your outfit after purchasing online, you have 7 days in which to decide whether you keep your outfit. Your 7 days starts to run from the date of payment (and not the date of collection). If your outfit is not returned before the 8th day, you will unfortunately not be able to return your item.
Once dispatched to you, we accept the return of items only if they are unworn and are in their original and resaleable condition i.e. clean, intact, with hangers and all tags still attached by their original means, and in the original packaging in which it was sent. Garments that have deodorant stains, make up marks, stains, pulls, runs or odours will not be accepted for return. All items are carefully checked over before they are sent out and as such we can confirm that they are in perfect condition.
Your right to cancel an order starts when you place your order and ends 7 days from the day you receive your goods. All items are deemed to be received by you by the 2nd day after postage.
If you wish to cancel your order the items must have reached us within 7 days of the deemed date of receipt. We regret that items received after this time will be refused and sent back to you.
You are responsible for the safe return of products to us, including the cost of doing so. It is recommended that you insure your return parcel in case of loss or damage. If the item is lost in the post, you as the sender are responsible for making a claim. You will not receive a refund for items not received by us.
To return an item fill in the returns form enclosed with your order. The returns form includes an address label for the outside of your parcel.
If you return the goods within the timescales above and provided that the terms of this agreement have been met, we will issue a full refund for the price that you paid for the item excluding the delivery cost (which will have been incurred by us). We will contact you to arrange a refund using your original payment method within 7 days of receipt of the items by us.
We will endeavour to send you an e-mail to let you know when we have processed your refund.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
